- Service quality is generally viewed as the output of the service delivery system, especially in the case of pure service systems. Service quality is linked to consumer satisfaction.
Service Stations in the dining room
•Host Station: host/ busser will be the lowest paid and least experienced person in front of the house staff.
•Other furniture found in dining room: dining rooms should be designed to leave as much space as possible for guests dining.
•Tabletop settings: cloches-mostly used in catering situations, keeps food hot longer. Should reflect concept.
•Menus
•Staff
(most critical thing when setting up a station, is that nothing used for cleaning can spill into food! Chemicals or other cleaning supplies must be kept at the lowest level possible)
